How you got into running: Played basketball through high school, then joined cross country team in college because the coach asked me to. That's also how I got into triathlon.

Favorite Shoe: Any of them, as long as it's a women's size 9.5.
Favorite Piece of Running Apparel: Baggie 9 inch shorts with zip pockets and my Road ID
Favorite Sock: Low cut, Feetures or Balega.
Favorite Distance: Half-ironman, ironman, and half marathons
Favorite Running Song: Any 80's/90's heavy metal hair band
When you're not running you're: Hanging with the Ironsherpa cooking or chillin'

How you got into running: I started running competitively in 7th grade, when my soccer coach realized I never got tired. The next season I ran 6 events in track and placed 2nd in the mile at Cities, and have been hooked ever since.

Favorite Shoe: Asics DS-Trainer - it is so light and comfortable that it feels like an extension of my foot.
Favorite Piece of Running Apparel: Saucony Run Lux Short - They feel like running naked!!
Favorite Sock: Balega X Athlete - All I can say is AMAZING
Favorite Distance: 10k at the moment, but it changes
Favorite Running Song: Very hard to pick just one, but I think I might have to say Usher's "Caught Up" haha. Oh yes, yay highschool. It always gives me a boost of energy.

When you're not running you're: I'm either singing or cooking, or watching Food Network

How you got into running: In 8th grade the high school i was zoned for in alabama needed another varsity athlete to be able to contend for the state champions, so they asked me to run for them and i've loved it ever since
