questions, discuss race strategy,

covers all aspects of training and
racing and will perfectly prepare

Yon offers sports specific
training as well as sports
specific strength
training.(Charlotte, NC) Jamey
personally evaluates athletes in all
three disciplines while doing field
tests. He teaches athletes proper
form and technique and how to
construct a balanced training
session. Jamey is also a certified
Cross Fit instructor and
works with athletes on how to
incorporate strength training into
their triathlon training. All
strengthening exercises are sports
specific to triathlon and are a
vital part of a successful program.
