Tri-Yon “PR” Plan   (limited availability) -  Coach Yon is offering this plan to individuals who strongly desire to become the very best athlete they can be. He chooses to offer this program to a limited number of athletes since it requires more “one-on-one” coaching and instruction.  By working closely with athletes, Coach Yon will be able to quickly improve your form, strength, nutrition, speed, mental toughness, and much more. The “PR” Plan will ultimately prepare you for a Personal Record Race Performance!

Cost  $250 / month

TRi-YON “Medal” Plan  -  The “Medal” Plan is well suited for the individual who desires to excel and who is strongly motivated.  Coach Yon offers athletes the opportunity to talk with him through email to ask questions, discuss race strategy, adjust schedule, etc.  Coach Yon covers all aspects of training and racing and will perfectly prepare you for each race.

Special “Tri-Yon”  Plans-  These special distance programs are for the “do it yourself athletes” who are capable of motivating themselves and desire a personal plan that will prepare them for race day.  These programs are daily detailed workouts that will get you rested and ready for the starting line!

 Personal Sports Specific Training 

Coach Yon offers sports specific training as well as sports specific strength training.(Charlotte, NC)   Jamey personally evaluates athletes in all three disciplines while doing field tests.  He teaches athletes proper form and technique and how to construct a balanced training session.  Jamey is also a certified Cross Fit instructor and works with athletes on how to incorporate strength training into their triathlon training. All strengthening exercises are sports specific to triathlon and are a vital part of a successful program.
