Run Training Program

Fast Feet is a run training program dedicated to getting people off the couch and running in the Rock Hill and Fort Mill area. We are an organization led by multiple RRCA certified running coaches. Fast Feet is designed for all levels of runners who are looking to build endurance and take their running to the next level. Whether your goal is a 5K, 10K, Half, or Full marathon, we have a plan for you. Most of our runners start with a walk/run technique during their first training season, then build up to an intermediate and advanced training program. 75% of our athletes train with us season after season and make running a lifelong sport. Our goal is to encourage each runner and meet them where they are, whether they are new to running or have been running for a while, we have a plan for you. The potential is limitless!

Fast Feet offers weekly coordinated group runs that meet all over the Fort Mill/Rock Hill area. We meet each Saturday morning at 7 a.m. We also offer a mid-week speed session that is incorporated into your training plan. Our program includes a weekly training schedule, tips and clinics on proper training methods, nutrition, strength training, form and running physiology and psychology. We offer continued support via email and onsite at our weekly Saturday run and our Tuesday speed workout day.

We have pace groups for everyone. We partner with the Charlotte Running Company as well as many area sports chiropractors to keep you in the most current shoes as well as keep you healthy and injury free.

We are much more than a run training program. We start as a group of runners; we finish as a group of friends!
