Speed workouts are tough — doing them alone is even tougher. That’s why we created The Track Project.

Join us every Tuesday morning as we kick off at CRC Promenade and warm up to a nearby track. Coach Jaymes and Coach Brad will have a structured workout ready, but you’re always welcome to adjust or follow your own plan.

Come for the workout, stay for the community.
