Do you want to run a 5K, get in shape, and meet new friends. Come join our spring Couch to 5K and learn how to run properly and without injury. A coach led training program meets each Tuesday evening and Saturday morning for 8 weeks. A training plan is provided for you to complete on your own time during other days of the week. Clinics on nutrition, form, strength, and injury prevention will be offered on Tuesday evenings after the workout. Cost is $60. Meet on Tuesday evening March 31 for an informational meeting and workout. Finish at the Memorial Day 5K on May 25 at 8 a.m.
