Join us for our September community run, then stick around for pancakes and coffee! We’ll have multiple clearly marked routes so you can choose the distance that fits your day—all paces welcome.
Our friends from Nike are rolling in with some of the hottest running shoes on the market. Lace up a pair and demo them on your run—try it before you buy it.
We’ll break down the essentials to help you move more comfortably and efficiently:
Proper body alignment for better posture and stability
Breathing techniques to stay relaxed and fueled
Cadence fundamentals to smooth out your stride
Video form analysis with quick, actionable feedback
