Join us for our Pancake Group Run on Saturday, March 14 at 8:00 AM. We’ll have 2, 3, and 5-mile marked routes, and you’re welcome to run as much or as little as you’d like — all paces are welcome.
On will be joining us with demos. Afterward, stick around for pancakes and coffee, plus a warm-up led by our in-house physical therapist.
