Start your Tuesday strong with a 6:00 AM workout at Charlotte Running Company Promenade. We’ll kick things off at the store, use the warm-up to jog over to the track, and get moving.
Coach Jaymes will provide a structured “prescribed” workout each week, but you’re always welcome to join in and follow your own plan.
This Tuesday: ASICS will be onsite at The Track Project with their latest releases — a perfect chance to test new gear while you train.
All paces welcome. Just show up ready to move!
