This is a marathon relay that includes 26 laps of a 1 mile loop in Rock Hill, SC at Lakeshore Parkway. A full team is 5 runners, but you can make the race more challenging by splitting the laps up with fewer teamates. Teams can divide the legs up and run the legs in any order but must change runners after each lap. Ideally, a team would run in order to get as much rest and to refuel before running again. However, there is no rule in place for team running order. IMPORTANT **** Anyone planning to do this event solo, there are cutoffs times of five hours. Ruckers are welcome to team up and join but please plan to complete within the alloted time in connection with the course cutoff time. Ruckers are encouraged to ruck together as a team counting each lap as they go.
